Kenneth tech was great. The response on your schedule needs fixed. Even though 8-3 hour window I was informed the night before it would be between 8-10. Asked at 1030 what was going on. Then was informed 11-1. Then informed at 245 if he still was coming. Asked tech about this and he informed management knows about it but doesn’t do anything about it. Told him bad customer service. Once again no problems with tech
