We had been dealing with the warranty company on getting my refrigerator repaired. It wasn't keeping our products cold and the freezer wasn't getting cold enough to keep food frozen. Was told it needed a main board and a compressor. Sears sent there tech to repair our fridge. Turns out all the problems were because the condenser was plugged with dirt. He cleaned the unit and it then went to working perfectly ! The warranty company used a low level repair company at first. We had 4 technicians that all said it needed parts. Sears sends a technician that cleaned and repaired my refrigerator without the need for any parts. I will always request Sears is sent for any other appliance work I need done. Great Job !!

Technician arrived on time even after driving a good distance. Very cordial. I showed him the problem and he immediately fixed it, turned on the water, replaced the refrigerator ro place I had it and was finished. You could not have asked for a better representative of Sears. Thank you!

Johnny was polite, knowledgeable and efficient!! well his "fix" was not the answer, he said the water filter needed changing. Next we had Greg come and he said we needed a new icemaker. It was ordered and Greg came back to install it. This was done July 24/24. No ice called and asked for another visit ---Roman came Thursday. He was the first one to check the internal temp of fridge and freezer. Apparently the compressor is failing and the temp is too warm to make ice. So now I've paid for an icemaker I didn't need!!!! I'm not pleased with the service we received and paid for!!!!
