My first technician was only somewhat helpful. He determined the problem part, told me I needed to order a new pump, which I did. When a more experienced technician arrived, three days later, he found that the pump did NOT need to be replaced, it it did need to be cleaned, which did. He requested a refund for the part, on my behalf, and the washer seems to be working like new. Thank you for sending an upright citizen, the second time around.

Good technician. He was efficient, friendly, and honest. I think the labor cost quote was a bit too high. I was still going to pay it for the convenience. Turned out to be the control board and couldn't be fixed due to unavailable parts. Paid service call fee.

I am giving 3 stars because Steven helper guy who showed up after him was quiet and he was nice but Steven G arrived didn’t look happy upon arrival asked me about my dryer just the door wasn’t staying shut when turned on I have kids so they shut it hard of course so clip for the latch needed to be exchanged which my dryer already had a spare with it and the hinges were a slightly bent but not to the point that they needed replacing or anything just needed adjusting and then he did something I thought was unnecessary but that’s OK. I asked him about if they took cash and he immediately was very annoyed by that said card or check. OK well I had to make a few calls and luckily my boyfriend finally had answered his phone when he got off work. And came to pay for it the guy was really rude to me poor body language, and was annoyed the entire time he was here to fix just the door just upon arriving I could tell he didn’t have a good day he obviously took it out of me and over charged me I was told on the phone upon making the appointment that service fee would be waived that was $122 if I went through with the services I did so then it should’ve only been $70$ for a a minor thing such as my dryer door and the diagnosis should have been $50 which they had to not use any new parts or anything like that just a couple of tools I did not need a diagnostics, but they charged me for one anyways my dryer was fine. It’s brand new not even a year old yet just my kids shut the door too hard and lean on it when they have it open to get things out of the dryer, It was a simple fix and I don’t appreciate the tech guy Steven being rude charged me $196 and diagnostics was $122 and the service repair was $74 and again I made it clear to who I made the appointment with that didn’t need a diagnostics and she said OK then I would pay $70 for the service repair if they didn’t have to replace anything which they didn’t have to because I already had the piece they needed Because my dryer came with a spare I’m over it they overcharged me so now I don’t trust to do service with Sears again I only went with them because my grandmother has bought many appliances through them over the years and has had them fix things for her before forms her she even thinks they over charged me spoke to a guy at that appliance store last night after they left and he told me they did overcharge me 196 was too much and then I called again just a few minutes ago and the price don’t add up so I have one telling me they over charged me and another telling me they didn’t so they are Liars and dishonest and they are not true to their pricing that they give you they over charged me and I got poor service from the worker because he was rude upon arrival and looked annoyed I just needed the door fixed so it would Stay shut his attitude, body language, and annoyed behavior was uncalled for ..to be honest, they owe me $76 back they over charged me

Technician was 2 hours late and would forward my calls. I asked him to help me get a receipt and technician notes and he ignored my messages and never responded. I had to call the customer service line 10 times to not get an AI bot so I could obtain a receipt.
