After coming to diagnose the issue with our dryer he stated it needed a blower wheel and said there was a very slim chance the motor could be damaged but we knew the motor was working fine he even stated he saw no damage to the motor but when he came to put the new part in he said oh your motor is broke. We told him the motor was working fine when you were here last time and he admitted he most likely damaged the motor after beating on it to get to the other part. So now we have to replace our whole unit.

The technician was very nice and friendly but he didn't act like he knew what he was doing,only opened the freezer door,took out a screw and acted like he could barely use it. Never checked anything else,it was my ice maker only making a few cubes a day. Made a few calls then said I needed a new ice maker. I declined,will look elsewhere for help.

Not about the store, it’s just closed down and google maps will still take you here even though it’s not there anymore
