Brandon came to my home twice, trying to get my washer operating properly. Ordered two parts the first trip and returned only to discover that the second part was not available. However, he was friendly and personable. I’m very pleased with his service and his recommendations.

Brandon was a very nice serviceman! He was on time, fixed my stove and did a great job of explaining the work that was done. I would give him 10 stars if I could! He was courteous and pleasant and I appreciated that.

They texted me about an hour before they arrived and were right on time. They found my issue and fixed it in around 30 minutes. No parts were required just an adjustment and it was fixed.

Diagnostic repair. We knew the problem. The repair cost was way too much so we just pd the $139 and went another direction

Washer still not working properly. It is still bypassing rinse cycle. Also, it is using hot water even though I have the temperature set for cold. The tech was very nice and seemed to know what he was doing. Don't think my washer can be repaired since he's been to my house about 5 times and put new parts on it and it's still not working. Don't know what else can be done
