2nd attempt. Well.. it would have been nice if he'd taken the old parts with him that were left in the box that the new parts came in and plugged the unit back up before I loaded it with clothes. I was trying to figure out why it wasn't working. It's the little things that make the biggest difference when it comes to customer service. 4th attempt 1 wk later. This is now the 4th attempt that someone from Sears has come out to repair my LG washer. The current repairman that came out did not have a shop vac and dirty water was spilled everywhere all over my kitchen floor. It was sour water because the drum was half full of dirty clothes from over a week ago. Now my entire kitchen smells like sewage and I have dirty towels that I had to get from my own home and a bucket and another bowl because he did not have any supplies except for tools and the part that was shipped to me for the failed repair. Thank you Sears! You are the best and greatest at what you don't repair!

A terrible experience. The technician did nothing when he looked at my microwave.He didn't even turn it on. He didn't take it down to look at it. He just told me it would cost eight hundred dollars even though it's only one year old and has a ten year warranty on parts. He said he couldn't order the warranty parts , but that I would have to. But most importantly, he didn't even try to figure out what was wrong.He just made his own determination in 5 minutes. The worst thing is I've tried to call Sears to complain and they are in AI only service now. This is not the Sears of the past and I will never ever use them again and will tell everyone I know not to use their repair service.

Sears didn't have the necessary parts to fix my microwave but still took my diagnostic fee of $268.30, even though I was quoted $249. The technician said he could not fix my microwave because his company didn't have the needed parts. I could have gotten the parts but the technician said they would not allow him to install them. GE will only send parts to a tech, but after the tech called his supervisor to see if they could work with GE, he was told no. (I don't know why they couldn't have ordered them from GE.) I called GE and they have the needed parts. The diagnostic cost was supposed to be applied towards the repair cost, but no repair was made. I feel I got ripped off. I've noticed in other reviews that state parts were ordered and shipped to the client's address for the tech to install. I totally question why this just happened to me.

The Repair date was scheduled for Friday, 10-10-25. The workorder clearly stated what needed repair and parts were ordered and shipped to my address. The Tech, Sonny, arrived within the appointment window time, which was an 8 hour window, and replaced the Element in my LG stove. The digital display was also supposed to be fixed, but as seen in the photos, clearly was not. The order was marked complete, the technician told my daughter-in-law, whom was there at the time of the repair since I was still at the hospital with my wife from a surgery, that he was finished with the job and left with absolutely no other communication as to not being able to complete the repair properly, wrong parts delivered nor did he give a return date to complete the order. On top of all that, he left a mess on my floor, including grease stains, left the old parts on my bar, and did not even replace the oven racks that he took out for the repair process. I have attempted to contact the Tech several times and left voicemails and text messages which, as of this date, not been returned. Looking for answers.

This crappy and inexperienced technician, "John", was dispatched to my home to service my dishwasher which is under warranty. Once he arrived, John immediately insisted that he could not repair the unit because he, “couldn’t pull it out,” without making any real effort to try. When I pointed this out, he became argumentative and dismissive, even going so far as to call me a liar. At this point, He began packing up his equipment, still arguing with me and without returning my dishwasher to the state it was when he found it. I asked him to stop arguing and to just leave. He began insisting that he take the parts, which were delivered to my house and paid for with my warranty. I very promptly told him that he would not be leaving with them as they belonged to my dishwasher. Within minutes of him leaving, I had scheduled a new technician from a competitor company, who will be out on Wednesday. Even before the call was finished, I had pulled the dishwasher out myself with no damage to the floors or counter, which was something he said would be impossible. I am absolutely appalled at the lack of professionalism and courtesy shown by this technician and the company as a whole. Comment from "owner" you know you can't call that number and speak to a person. Pathetic response just like some of your employees. Matt is an awesome employee at this company. He is the shining star in this whole company. If you have to use this company ask for Matt.

Technician was caddy and condescending. Didn’t fix the refrigerator, said it needed a new compressor, which was just replaced 2 years ago! The refrigerator is only 6 years old!!! Very unhappy all the way around. And you can’t talk to a live person, just AI. SO UPSET.

He spent more time on his phone looking up things than he did trying to fix my ice maker. He declared I needed a new ice make for over $500 before he really tried to figure out why my ice maker wasn’t getting water to make the ice but did get water. After watching YouTube I feel there is a solution to the problem besides replacing my year and half old ice maker. I will be contacting another appliance repairman and will never use Sears’s again. By the way my son came over and fixed the ice maker in about 15 min. I don’t need a 500+ new ice maker to replace my 1 1/2 year one now.

This place has no real person to talk to. Only animated. I had a problem with the person who came to fix my dishwasher, cause he left it out abd didn't push it all the way in and now we can't use it. Tried to call Sears but can't talk to anyone. Never again!
