I have Sears Home Warranty .... The technician - Dujuan M was great. The service - not so much. It took 4 visits to get this right. Also being given an appointment time of arrival from 8am - 5pm means your ENTIRE DAY has to be blocked out. On the 1st visit, the tech arrived AFTER 5pm! It's difficult to impossible to speak with a person - very frustrating.

Got the job done. But severely overcharged and wouldn’t show us what he did. $450 for 30 minutes of their time. Also tried to sell us a service we don’t need. If you are desperate, which we were, they’ll do but it’s gonna cost.

Technician was on time and refrigerator was repaired and is working well. However, he left in a hurry, leaving the old parts for us to dispose of, and once he was gone we realized he had left a mess behind. In the course of the repair something under pressure was obviously disconnected and left a spray of an oily substance on the floor, cabinets, furniture and even on top of and inside the refrigerator! It took two of us almost two hours to clean up the mess!

The tech man, Mathew was great but the company could use some resources to talk to someone. It was over a month on my repair and it was rediculous . Kept rescheduling my appointment for 3 weeks. I’m not happy.
