I had a great experience with Sears‘s appliance repair. I got updates to let me know where the technician was. He arrived on time. Danny worked efficiently and quickly repaired the dryer. Matthew is an excellent technician who is very polite and caring. But 31 days of waiting for repairs to get done was absolutely ridiculous (no fault of the technician) but the absolute horrible of resceduling by Sears Home Services dispatching... The tech I would give 100 stars if I had that option and dispatch a minus 100 stars.
