Very polite and pleasant, work was very thorough and fridge seems to be working well. This was a repair through American Home Shield…warranty company. Can’t address cost.

William did a great job checking out my washer. When he determined that it would be to costly to repair it he immediately called the warranty company and notified them so that they could start the process of replacing it. I would recommend William.
