Matthew called 30 minutes ahead of time to let me know when he would be here which was very considerate. Upon arrival he went immediately to work on our KitchenAid hybrid gas/electric stove. He had the problem diagnosed in about 15 minutes and also checked out all the other functions on the unit to be sure there were no other problems. He is a very professional and personable young man and represents your company well. He also explained the 30 day workmanship warranty before he left.

I truly appreciate the professionalism the courtesy of the technician that came and fix my dryer my washer today he was polite and prompt I would choose him over any other technician because I have not seen one like him that has the courtesy the promptness the professionalism politeness he is rare
