Technician was great……very knowledgeable! The automated appointment was a nightmare!! Last week I was notified for two different dates…….a third date he showed up by me calling……not technician fault ( he wasn’t notified) by AI!!! Same thing this week……scheduled one day then another day…….again I had to call automated service. The automated system is USELESS due to major scheduling problems!!!!!!!!

Matthew was great! He arrived when he said he would. He was thorough in explaining the charges for service and repair, he explained his diagnostic procedure, he did a very timely job of fixing the problem! All in all his professionalism, courtesy and cheerfulness added to my day!
