We had an excellent repairman, John. He diagnosed and fixed the old washing machine. They worked directly with our home warranty company. He was very respectful and knowledgeable. We have an older lg washing machine and it was sometimes would not pump the water out of the machine. He came in diagnosed the problem immediately and ordered them because of it being an older machine. They sent the parts directly to our house and came back and fixed it We will call them again if ever needed

Matthew called 30 minutes ahead of time to let me know when he would be here which was very considerate. Upon arrival he went immediately to work on our KitchenAid hybrid gas/electric stove. He had the problem diagnosed in about 15 minutes and also checked out all the other functions on the unit to be sure there were no other problems. He is a very professional and personable young man and represents your company well. He also explained the 30 day workmanship warranty before he left.
