Greg had to come back to reconnect a wire that fell off after he left. His expertise was greatly appreciated. The part that I did not like was having to again pay a service fee, and that was after much effort to actually talk to a live person. Your telephone tree is terrible

Only issues were on the day originally scheduled there was a problem with being able to take payment. Appointment was rescheduled for a week later. No fault of the technician, but was without a dryer for another week due to a technical issue. You would think this company would have an alternative when this occurs. So when the technician was allowed to make the service call, it was diagnosed, technician had no parts, although I initially sent in the model and serial number supposedly so the technician would have the repair parts when he arrived, well diagnosed with thermal cutout failure, common issue on all dryers. Technician did not have parts, had to wait a week for parts to arrive then another week for technician to be scheduled to install. All in all I was without a dryer for a month waiting on parts that were supposed to be with the technician when he arrived initially. Again the technician was great all these issues were beyond his control.
