He did a excellent job the guy the 2 times before him was lazy and not interested in working on our refrigerator seemed incompetent but Micheal was excellent and helpful the other guy ordered wrong part our fridge has been out going on3 months and is still not running and that's warranty that's covering it but 3 months is not cool we paid for extended warranty but looks like it will go out before they get it fixd not happy right now. Greg had to come back to reconnect a wire that fell off after he left. His expertise was greatly appreciated. The part that I did not like was having to again pay a service fee, and that was after much effort to actually talk to a live person. Your telephone tree is terrible
