Technician Shaun thoroughly examined washing machine and found that it works properly. He explained maintenance, i.e., cleaning machine filter and door gasket. Although he was unable to find the source of a leak, I am totally confident it is not due to the washing machine.

Shaun Goshinsky is the best appliance repair technician we have ever had perform work at our house. Shaun did a great job repairing our Whirlpool Duet dryer. He is very professional, well trained, extremely thorough and conscientious. Will call and ask for him if we ever need service again!

Ruben was great! Very professional, friendly, and efficient. On the initial visit, he diagnosed the issues and thoroughly explained next steps to me. He then came back to our home after a couple of days once the parts were delivered and repaired our dishwasher promptly. Highly recommend. No more washing dishes by hand! Thank you Ruben!

He explained what the issue was and offered 2 solutions but I told him I rather he do it versus me trying myself glad he gave me that option and I'm glad he fixed the issue and also said I need a ice catcher because a part broke on that and they didn't carry that part he said I could get it thru Amazon thank you for se ding such competent tech great work thank you.

They were able to come same day whereas the certified repair people couldn’t come for a week. They were also half the cost and Rubin was incredibly professional and showed me exactly what was wrong.
