    Ron was polite and professional. He wasn't able to fix my stove...so that was a bummer. I was glad to have an experienced service person come out and give me his honest input. The customer service person I spoke to that booked my appointment was not so good as she did not tell me about the gas service fee that Ron had to tell me was added to my bill...come on people try disclosing all charges and be up front about it. Ron also made it sound like my stove could have been fixed had I signed up for the monthly/yearly service to take care of my home appliances. Why should I have to sign up for a yearly program when I wanted my stove fixed now?! I mean really...then what was the point of having a repair service technician coming to my house to fix my appliance (which is exactly what the customer service person told me would happen...so she lied). Overall the technician was good, but there seemed to be a gap of what could or could not be done if I had paid more for the program. Overall I would not call to have a service person come out again as this was a waist of money. Ron the service guy was great...but how the "program" worked seemed to be a bit weird and even fishy. Room for improvement.

  2. Didn't fix the stove

    Not only did ne scratch up my kitchen floor when pulling out the oven but he didn't fix it. He updated the stove and it preheated so he said it was fixed. However, the fan inside still does not work. It takes 45 minutes to preheated. Complete waste of money. Be warned -

    They came to service my machine last week and did a great job. I feel I was mislead by the service agreement and would like to hear from them. They have my number.

  4. It would be nice to have a closer time of arrival

    It was told to me that its the control panel. I have it ordered. Its to bad things like that are not available to the service man! Now I have to wait another two to three weeks for the part.

  6. Still not working.

    Dryer turns empty. Will not turn loaded. Assembly probably incorrect. Serviceperson did not seem to know how to assemble the dryer.

  7. Great repair man!

    The repair man came 6 weeks ago and was very friendly. He was very up front about the time table of when he would be able to complete the repair to my kenmore fridge. Parts and follow up repair happened on 7/12. He was very prompted in coming in and fixing it. He also helped look up and fined the correct water filter for me. Unfortuanly we are living in a time of low supplies. I feel that this team did a great job of the repair.

  9. Service not the best on dishwasher

    Technician never disassembled and cleaned the filter and grinder. He basically ran the unit through the cycles, looked around with a flashlight for leaks and called it a day. All info I already knew.
