Wahidullah was polite, professional, and very nice. He seemed to know his job very well and answered any questions we had. He is a top-notch technician and an invaluable asset to the Sears Home Services team. He is someone Sears would be wise to keep as a technician. If we need service again, I will demand Sears send Wahidullah to fix our problem. He has been one of the best technicians we have had.

Great visit with Joseph
While our washing machine isn't worth the expense to fix it, I'm still very satisfied with our appointment. Joseph went above and beyond to explain the issues and what probably caused it. He answered all of my questions and I never felt rushed. Would definitely recommend to anyone!
