I called to have a double wall oven serviced; they scheduled it quickly (within 2 days) and that's where the good news ends. The tech came out, checked a breaker that we'd already confirmed worked, and that was as far as he could go. They needed to pull the oven, but, being a double wall oven as stated, they needed another tech. That appointment is now a week and a half out and an additional fee of $250. There is no good number to call - everyone runs you in a circle. The email they give to contact bounces back. I've been attempting to contact them for 2 hours going back through the automated system various ways to try to talk to someone who can provide any help. None so far. Was very helpful in explaining what he was doing and why. He was also very honest in that he could have told me I needed to have the dishwasher seals replaced. Instead, he pointed out that the dishwasher had shifted its position inside the cabinet which prevented it from closing completely, resulting in the leak.Dear Robert, Thank you for taking the time to leave us your rating. Couldn’t be happier with the service on our washing machine. Quick and easy fix without service guy trying to charge us for unnecessary parts. We had our riding lawn mower repaired. They did a good job with the repair, but then refused to give us a 15% discount that Sears said we would get when we schedule the appointment. The repairman said that would only be applied to our “next service.” Seemed a bit disingenuous to me.HI Bill,thank you for taking the time to rate your most recent service with Sears.
