It has been a horrendous experience, from initial diagnosis of the problem to parts ordering and then different technicians showing up, each contradicting the earlier technician's diagnosis. Despite attempting multiple calls to customer support, I always received recorded information and never once could talk to a customer rep. Not sure if to call this a sham or something worse. My repair cost now is more than the cost of a new washer. There's a refund due and it is 3+ weeks now, however, my challenge with customer support continues, as I'm unable to talk with any representative to check the status of my refund.Dear Mrs G,We apologize for the difficulties your recent service has caused. 5th time to come out for repair of washer machine and still not fixed. Did not fix the problem. After the tchnician replaced a thermostat he told me to leave the referigator unplugged for 24 hours,plug in yhen wait an additional 6-8 hourd for cooling to begin. It took almost 48 hours for the freezer to partially freeze a cup of water, the icemaker is now not working and the upper section will not cool enough to keep a stick of butter from melting. My problems are worse after the repairs. Plus, I was charged over $400 for approximately 1hr 30minutes of work. They can not get a tech back out for 3 days. My food is spoiling.We are sorry to hear that you did not have a positive experience with Sears.
