The reason why I always choose Sears home service vs the independent guys is the level of professionalism, being on time, and having the right pars. My fridge had a fan moor that went bad and if I called an independent repair tech it would've taken over a week for them to get the part in and repair my fridge, but Sears keeps an extensive inventory of parts with them in their truck to service the majority of issues on the spot. The price might be a little higher than independent shops, but you get what you pay for.Hello Member, We are so thrilled you had a 5-star experience. Our refrigerator was repaired this week and the technician was on time, professional, neat and efficient! We were happy with the service and signed up for the annual appliance home warranty.

Had a wonderful technician. Had the repair done in less than 30 minutes - we had been told it might take 4 hours. Probably ordered too many parts but would rather have the oven working for the holidays than to realize we missed something and had to wait another 3 weeks for a service call.
