Service was horrible before repairman came. Complaint not against him. It was all those before him. Kept telling me parts on backorder - they were sitting in my kitchen - right up to appointment time. Two weeks of this. Telephone communication worst ever - never knew what dept you were going to get. Never same one twice. Will never have Sears Warranty protection ever again. For almost 2 weeks would make appt time and never show up. Service man who came was super nice and efficient.Dear Eddie, We apologize for the difficulties your recent service has caused.
