This is the 3rd time I've needed service on my $3000+ Kenmore Fridge. All the instances were compressor related - a very well known LG compressor issue. The first repair was a half measure, the second repair was an equally bad compressor and the last repair was supposed to be a new model of compressor. Knowing the issue and the that the fridge was barely out of warranty, Sears repair refuses to cover the cost of the part (even though it would still be $600 out of pocket for labor and parts that I'm willing to pay). On top of the the phone numbers for Sears Repair Service make it almost impossible to talk to an actual human about my issue. Any human I got on the was at a call center, could not escalate my call, and gave me phone numbers to call that either went to the same dead end or to fax lines. Lies that someone could help me, just a run around in hopes that I get tired of it. Which I did. I found a local repair person to perform the repair at almost half the cost. Very disappointed in Sears Home Repair Customer Service. Never again. Never another Kenmore.thank you for taking the time to rate your most recent service with Sears. Ok ,After waiting 6 months for parts, my technicians found and fixed the problem and up graded the condition of my freezer with the new parts.
