    I've being having problems with my refrigerators since September 2018. Twice the compressor was changed and twice it failed. To coordinate an appointment is a nightmare. For the last service it took a month to finally have a technician in my home to repaired. And the repair didn't work. I'm very disappointed with Sears repair service. I'm currently living part of the time in St Louis Mo, and to coordinate an appointment I have to coordinate with someone to be in my home waiting from 8am to 5pm. Due to this I have to coordinate to be on a Saturday. The service visit prior to the last one the technician never show up. Lately Sears service is the worst ever and I being a customer for many years, probably more than 20. Always choose Sears for the service but I'm thinking this is the last. The thing that I hate the most is that to coordinate or to follow up an appointment it is through a service center that is outside PR and every time the person who answer does not know anything at all. It is useless. In the first repair Sears sent me a check for the food lost, well when deposit it my bank returned for insuficient funds and my bank charge me for $18. The first time the refrigerator was fixed was in Sept 25, 2018. A second service was scheduled in December 2018, this time it was for a strange strong sound the refrigerator was having. Compressor fail again on February 24, 2019. Three service were coordinated and finally it was repair again on April 27, 2019. This last repair last less than two weeks. The refrigerator was notice to be not cooling on May 10, 2019. Very, very disappointed with Sears service

    Parts have been replaced in more than 4 visits and the refrigerator still does not work.

  7. Great Reversal

    It took a long time to get it fix, due to the fact that Sears was using a subcontractor, but once you decide to go back to the Sears expert it got solve.
