Everything about my repair service was perfect! Your technician, Joseph, called before arriving; arrived on time; was so pleasant, accommodating, helpful and friendly. He explained every aspect of the repair and even offered advice for my many questions. He cleaned the area beautifully upon completion. I shall be calling again in the future! We called on a weekend and they came out same day to find the issues - we had to wait for parts - but they came back out when they promised and quickly installed the new parts.We are so thrilled you had a 5-star experience. I was told the $249 fee would be waived, we would just pay parts and labor. But when the technician came he said yes that was the deal but didn’t apply to microwaves! Showed up over an hour late and outside of the appointment window and did nothing to help. I took time off work to make sure I was home for the service and the guy didn’t show up until well after the appointment window and I got no update telling me he was going to be late. Something is definitely wrong. Person removed the levelers. Dryer is very loud and throws moist heat and heats the laun. he used MY VACUUM to clean the dryer, had no bulb to replace the bulb. There was nothing wrong with my dryer until he took it apart. PLEASE HAVE SOMEONE CONTACT ME. THIS COULD BE DANGEROUS. Leonard was repair person

We’ve had Sears repairmen at our house 4 separate times to fix an ice maker. The ice maker STILL isn’t fixed and will require a 5th visit. We started this process with Sears over 4 months ago. And, after paying $500 for parts and labor for an issue that hasn’t been fixed, we’re extremely disappointed with Sears. In addition, we were promised a partial refund, which has never happened.
