Refrigerator repair for Charles Darnell on 2/6/24
Anthony C was outstanding and diagnosed the problem to be the Freezer evaporating fan that needs replace and one week delivery time. In the meantime I contacted LG warranty personnel who stated they would remit a direct order to Sears to order the part and also will pay for replacement of such. I do not trust this advice unless you do recieve an LG directive for this work - please advise
