Sears however never contacted me about the service person coming. It was lucky I was home. When I called Sears the person I spoke with had no clue. Kept asking me if I wanted to keep my service call for a month from now. Very frustrating communications with Sears. The person who came out was great. But I spent almost two hours being either on hold or transferred from one area to another. Extremely poor communications!Dear Gail, Thank you so much for your 5-star rating! Seal and we had to wait a week for them to get the part then when they came up with the seal in it was worse than before still waiting for somebody to get back with us. They came when they said they would. They knew what the problem was immediately and fixed my dryer in less than 30 minutes. Both were friendly and courteous.
