Great follow-up from Michael
After the other technician telling me I would have to reschedule the appointment I made for yesterday because he doesn't want to work on dishwashers, Michael showed up today and took care of the issue in less than 15 minutes. Michael always shows up when he says he will, does a good job and is very knowledgeable and professional. (P.S. The other technician needs to find another company to work for before he loses business for Sears Home Services. This isn't the first time he's been a no show.)

Great experience
The broken door of my microwave was ordered and delivered in less than a week. The service person came within days of the new part's delivery and replaced the door in 15 minutes. Wow! Great service all around 👏
