    I paid $200 labor for what turned out to be a 10 minute job. that included a $90 diagnostic fee, even though I was able to tell them what part was broken. They also needed two trips to do the job because they didn’t bring the part first time, even though I knew what part was broken when I called initially. Good thing it wasn’t completely out of service, because it took them about 1 month to repair my hot water heater from the first call. Luckily I was able to work from home the day of the appointment because my appointment window was 8 am - 5 pm both days!
