Horrible service. Forged my signature on documentation. Tried to overcharge me & get my credit card info. Showed up past 9 hour window. My husband was impressed with how thorough the gentleman repairing our refrigerator was. He tested parts to make sure they'd be compatible with the new compressor needed before ordering anything. Won’t use again. Should ask customer about the problem. Technician knew as soon as I told him the problem, you don’t do that work, yet I still owed $117. The repair technician was nice & courteous but did not fix the problem. The freezer had quit working & all ice & frozen foods had thawed. He cleaned the filter & fan then left, however, the freezer is still broken & can’t freeze food or ice. Sears can’t get a new tech out for another 9 days. The wait time was long because the original service window was from 8:00 to 5:00. Then a text came in to tell me the window was from 1:56 to 3:26. The technician arrived around 4:30.
