I am very pleased with the Sears' techs that came out this afternoon. They were very professional, exceptional customer service skills, and very knowledgeable about the GE product. They answered all the who, what, when, where and why questions to my satisfaction and I got a lesson in return to possibly lengthen the life of the product. Kudos to the techs and you're truly an asset to Sears!!!

The tech specialists were amazing!!! Lonnie, and Terrence were knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. They started out introducing themselves, and ensuring me that they would resolve my appliance issues. They apologized about the delay for my service, making no excuses for the long, delay for services. I respected that, because they didn’t go into any detail for the delay, and ensure me that "Sears" will provide the best and upmost customer care service to all of the customers!!! They informed me if i had any concerns or questions to not hesitate to ask. I listened as the two technicians discussed in complete detail how they would handle the repairs, and i have to admit... it was very impressived!!! I thanked them both and would most definitely recommend them to all my friends and family to conduct any major repairs for their house. Outstanding job!!! George W Franklin

The Technician who explained everything as he thoroughly diagnosed the problem with our ice maker was terrific. Though it was late in the day he called and let me know he would arrive in 10 minutes.
