    After 3 MONTHS and much frustration my refrigerator is final working again. You need to teach and instruct you personnel in your appointment dept. how to listen. I was put on hold for over 25 min., I was hung up on. I was told someone would call me back within the day or next. No one called. Your technicians were very courteous and understanding.

  10. Service appointment took way too long

    The first repair was July 12. Said Freon was leaking and compressor should last until he could get back. (3 weeks). It didn’t last the night. The repair appointment Was for August 8 and I couldn’t get an earlier appointment. I was without my refrigerator for 45 days. Did you ever have to do without your refrigerator?
