John's service great, but didn't fix the mower…
John was great, replaced carb on lawn tractor. It started, let it run a few minutes, John left and I drove it fifty yards to the house, turned it off and let it set for half an hour. Wouldn't restart and showed same symptoms that it had before the repair. My issue is that I had to request another repair visit, John wasn't allowed to just return and investigate. I had to reschedule a new appointment for later in the week. John was the second technician. First one diagnosed the problem. Not John's fault, Sears service plan leaves much to be desired!

After having to re-schedule appointments more than once due to another tech not showing up within business hours and not reading special instructions that were written on the service order. After the FOURTH missed appointment, we rescheduled for the FIFTH appointment and finally got a different tech. Stephen, he called beforehand to let us know how far out he was, he double checked he had the correct address, he went straight to the home (since we were for once aware what actual time he was coming, so the home was already unlocked for him) He got the job done correctly in a timely manner. He also even called after he was finished to confirm he replaced the part and asked if we wanted him to lock the door behind him. Such a nice tech. Five stars would go to this tech and the company's customer service for listening to our complaints and finally addressing them.
