The technician diagnosed the problem with my dryer. The replacement part would cost more than buying a new one. Very helpful.

Technician was thorough. One appliance the part was no longer available. The other, they ordered the part and will return. We need a bit more info about how the replacement situation works. The biggest challenge on this is when you make an appointment, they give you an 8 hour window. Four hours would be much more helpful as 8 means taking off work or hanging around for hours. We kept receiving email updates saying there was only 1 or 2 ahead of us (and that was at 8:08 am) but when we hadn't seen anyone by 2:30pm, we were trying to call to find out what was happening. The phone menu is terrible. We spent quite a bit of time trying to go through all our paperwork to locate a different number to talk to a human. Oddly, while talking to the human, we finally received a robocall stating our technician was on his way. We aren't quite sure if there was only 1 call ahead of us at 8:08 am, why it took until 3pm for their arrival. Maybe that 1 person had 10 appliances to repair.
