Alan is the best technician. His experience and knowledge seems far above that of other technicians we have had in the past. We enjoy knowing him and having him come by the house. I had scheduled a $99 preventive maintanance for my washing machine. Technician did a general cleaning and charged $50. It is unclear if a preventive maintenance was actually done.
