Levi called to let me know about what time frame he would be to my house. He arrived in between the time he gave me. He came in and got started, he also answered my questions to the best of his ability. I was quite happy to have my dryer up and going again without the hole in the drum and the loud noise from the rollers. Thank you

Our appointment was a late add-on to Levi's already full schedule. He arrived in a timely fashion after 5:00 pm and went right to work performing the diagnostic work necessary to figure out what was wrong with our oven. He was patient as I asked lots of questions about why replacing the broiler element was so expensive. He gave me honest, easy to understand information that helped me make a decision. Based on the information he provided, I am seriously considering signing up for Sears appliance repair program.
