  3. Great service once they actually arrived

    Had difficulty scheduling an appointment: was given a 10-2 window, technician did not arrive before 2, so I had to cancel. BUT they didn't tell the technician, so he called around 3 to tell me he was on his way - I had to tell him no. Rescheduled and the person on the phone told me it would be 'tomorrow' but actually, it was scheduled for the day after 'tomorrow'. That technician did arrive during the assigned window, but it would have been nice to have been told the right day when I scheduled the appointment over the phone. Fortunately, my schedule permitted me to sit around the house waiting from 10-2 for 3 days in a row, but that's not always possible.

    Our service technician is a true professional. He was punctual, polite, listened carefully, analyzed the issue, informed me of what he would do, and then did it. Fast and accurate....one couldn't ask for more.

  5. Bad service

    Appointment was rescheduled numerous times under wrong fridge. Should be kenmore elite fridge. Repair guy didn’t know he was supposed to change compressor because he was only booked for a half hour appointment. He spent a few minutes on fridge and left because all the parts he needed were not sent. Parts are on back order and no one can tell me when they will be back to fix. I have been without a fridge for four weeks. Very upset poor customer service. Still no appointment to fix!!!!!
