I was told that my 5 year old Kenmore washer could not be repaired as Sears doesn't carry parts for this Sears brand washer anymore, Why didn't you ask me for the model # before you took the appointment and why did you charge me $99.00 for your lack of service????Thomas, thank you for taking the time to rate your most recent service with Sears.
