Very knowledgeable and unfortunately highlighted some issues with the previous tech that made false assumptions and either turned off our ice maker prior to repair or never checked it (although we never touched it)

Experienced, professional, passionate about his job and great interpersonal skills. The five stars and rating above is for the technician that came and repaired my washer. As for Sears Repair, I rate you at "C" because of: difficulty getting to reach customer service, delay in getting a timely repair appointments, sometimes on the day of the appointment, they claim I did not book any appointment. Please, I personally I like to talk with live person not the machines. Can we at least have the option to do so than being blocked by those machines that most times are not able to resolve the issues we have.
