Carl, did his job on a professional level. Thanks, for explaining to me what the problem was with the refrigerator. Sears sure need to hire some more good technicians. A week is to long to be waiting for a Technician to come repair appliances.

The technician that came out was knowledgeable and took care of the Washer. I also had a work order for the Dryer, they would not let him install and I had ask for them to schedule at the same time. Same company doing repair, but have to come out on a different day. They had it scheduled for theb21st of June. Now has been moved to the 26th of June. They need to schedule with the home owner, so that I want have to be taking multiple days off from work. Not enough lead way from the computer system or either no one wants to do the common since thing.Schedule both services on same day would have been ideal. They finally scheduled my dryer and came and changed the parts they ordered. The dryer is making more noise than it was before they changed the parts(It's loud and annoying)
