We were told exactly what was wrong, what parts were needed, how long it would take and when to expect parts to come in. Received a call the morning of as to an estimated time of arrival considering our service window was 8-5…very nice to know expected service would be later afternoon to allow us some freedom to do other errands! Received another call when on the way. Thank you so so much for all the great communication…we would definitely use this service again!!Hi, we are so happy to hear about this experience! Service had come and gone over a week when Sears started sending us notices that they were scheduled to come out. We received several messages and then surveys and a "prepaid" invoice after the incorrect day. Repairman was here Thursday and said nothing was wrong with dryer, but the drum doesn’t turn without a manual push to get it started.We are sorry to hear we did not meet your expectations. The first thing the service man said "oh no the washing machine is an LG". From that point on he had the can't do attitude.He said he would have to send somebody else out to tear it apart to figure out what the problem was. Perplexed, I asked why they sent him out! He said someone else would know more about it than he did.. From that point forward it felt like I was inconveniencing him! Our dryer stopped working just before Christmas, and thanks to a cancellation we were able to get someone out that day.
