Michael is very informative, knowledgeable, and able to explain things very well. He was able to resolve our issue in a timely manner and help provide tips to best operate our AC Unit.

My Oven is fixed.
I was inundated with unsolicited texts and emails about Sears services that I don't need or want. The techs are over scheduled. The first appointment the tech was 2 hours past the appointment window. The second time, he had 30 minutes to go. Not his do. Sears fault. Michael was great but overworked. This experience just reinforces my policy of avoiding purchases from Sears unless it is a legacy appliance.
