    wE'VE HAD THIS ISSUE SINCE JULY...WAITED 30 DAYS FOR 1ST REPAIR WHICH RESULTED IN A PART BEING ORDERED. PART DELIVERED AND HAD TO WAIT AN ADDITIONAL 3 WEEKS FOR ANOTHER REPAIRMAN TO SHOW UP. PART INSTALLED AND GUESS WHAT, DIDN'T FIX THE ISSUE. ANOTHER CALL TO SEARS RESULTD IN THEM TELLING ME IT WOULD BE ANOTHER 3 WEEKS FOR A REPAIRMAN TO COME OUT. UNACCEPTABLE. FINALLY FINALLY FINALLY THIS TIME THE WAIT IS ONLY A FEW DAYS. FINGERS CROSSED 3X IS A CHARM. NOT FUN AT ALL BEING WITHOUT A REFRIGERATOR SINCE JULY.

    The service man was late again for the appointment. It now appears the parts that were installed do not work. We are having the exact same problem with our dishwasher, and are not getting any satisfaction from customer service in trying to set up another service appointment to meet our time schedule.

    I was extremely disappointed that my 8-noon repair started at 4pm. The technician fixed my machine, and I do not blame him for his tardiness. I blame the schedulers. If I didn't have a service agreement, I wouldn't use you all again. Also, the wrong color part was ordered for my machine, but since this repair process had already taken so much time, I accepted it. Finally, the preferred phone number I gave multiple times was not used.

    Service scheduled for Friday afternoon between 11:30 and 3:30, at 345 called the company was told they were unsure when they would arrive. There had been no communication prior to notify me that they were not going to be on time. The arrival time kept getting pushed back, but no communication except for my repeated calls. at 7:30 PM they finally text me to tell meI was rescheduled for the following Tuesday. on Tuesday they arrived at 3:30one half hour before the end of the window, replaced the part, however they did not reattached the hoses or test the machine to see if it fixed the leak or the error message. When I came home that evening I reattached the hose myself and found that the error message remained. I would not recommend using this company.
