Kaleb was excellent. The AI being used on appts and tracking in terrible! I had appt last Friday and no one ever showed and there was no way for me to talk to a person because of the AI. So I had to redo another appt and that is one Kaleb handled today. Here again, the system used gave me wrong arrival time by over an hour. Frustrating. Again, no way for me to talk to a person. AI is not working in this service environment.
