Not at all happy with your service. First technician didn't know what he was doing. He claimed it was a door switch so I had a door switch ordered. Second technician actually took the time to fully diagnose the problem and tested EVERYTHING on the dryer and informed me that it wasn't the door switch at all when in fact it was either the motherboard or the motor and in either case additional repairs would cost in the neighborhood of $700-$800. Had the first technician knew what he was doing I could have purchased a new washer and dryer sooner instead of having to wait a week from the Monday the first technician came out until Saturday when the second technician came out. My ice maker needed repaired. Once the tech confirmed the problem, he was able to replace the part with a new one and also showed me other areas I should maintain on the refrigeratorDear Mary, Thank you for taking the time to leave us your rating. The Sears technician came, an in about an hour; had the part in. And was all done, that's the services that I initially expected; but was assigned a trifling technician of (Percy's repair) a third party technician contracted to repair for Sears. I say burn his contract; and NEVER... assign him to work for Sears again. He's complete trash!!!Dear Maymie, Thank you so much for your 5-star rating! The tech was very nice.
