The tech was very good at determining what was needed to repair our dishwasher. He explained all of the issues and completed the work in a pleasant and professional manner. While the tech was great I cannot say the same for the company. Our appointment was canceled 5 times prior to getting a tech to our house. Twice we were not notified until after the latest time he was to arrive. In addition there is no way to talk to a human at A & E. All you get is a computer.

Clay (and the other 3 technicians that have been sent) was wonderful. However, the communication channel with Sears (100% AI/automated) is easily the most infuriating experience I’ve had trying to connect with any company.

The Technician was prompt, courteous and .professional. He was also very knowledgeable in resolving the issue with my refrigerator. He explained everything he was doing towards remeding my issue and was so right. My refrigerator is working perfectly. So glad that Sears has great customer service. I would recommend Sears for appliance repairs.
