Tech was knowledgeable and made the repair. I'm not a fan of the app. Appointment is made with an 8-5 arrival window. When I first checked app around 1115am app says arrival 324pm with 4 stops ahead. Then at 1215 pm app goes to 229pm w/4 stops. I check app at various times when closer to estimated arrivals I see app updated to 317pm 2 stops, 324pm 1 stop, 352pm 1 stop, 443pm 1 stop.. finally calls me at 445pm saying on the way. Suggested to not update my time until at least 1 stop away..can say how many stops during the day just don't update time so much.Thank you for taking the time to leave us your rating. We love to see that you had a wonderful experience and that your Technician was able to provide you with the quality service we strive for daily. We appreciate your business and look forward to assisting you in the future.

never use again, customer service is the worst ever. i canceled home warranty and requested refund since repair on jan 26 did not work. i was scheduled a tecnician to return on feb 14 and that was not acceptable since i had a non working refrigerator. in the meantime i went out and bought another refrigerator. your customer service inept and i am still wondering if i will get full refund of the 426 dollars i paid for faulty repair of refrigerator. when repair does not work i expect reasonable follow up to complete job and this did not happenWe are sorry to hear that you did not have a positive experience with Sears Parts Direct. The guy that worked on the frig. said the drawer jammed open slightly and that is what caused the frost. If the drawer would have been jammed open then the alarm would have went off.
