Good Technician - bad company communication
William did a good job replacing the parts but the ability to communicate directly with Sears Appliance repair needs some work. The app that narrows down the arrival time is not accurate and does not help the home owner plan accordingly. There is no way to communicate with a real person unless the technician calls. The chat function is run by a computer and not a person and was no help to me.
