I got the service I requested the same day, had my dryer fixed, but at a too high cost for me. The specialist was very good, but I won't contact Sears again. Changing a broken belt cost me close to $300.00, before some discounts were applied. They repaired my refrigerator a few days ago and I am happy with the work they did.
