Dishwasher leaking
The repairman found the problem which was the supply hose going to the dishwasher. He didn't have the hose on his truck but did show me how to replace the hose. I bought the hose at a local hardware store and finished the repair. I would recommend that your company should have this hose on their truck inventory.

Always professional, gets the job done
Barry has been here before some time ago. I distinctly remember him because he's a rather a soft-spoken gentleman who comes in, gets right to the job. Always explains afterwards what he did to fix the problem, what was replaced and where ethe old part went wrong. I always feel like I've had a visit from a professional in his field who goes above and beyond to educate the consumer. Very few service technicians like him left, definitely old school in that regard.

The technician did an excellent job, taking his time to properly replace parts and test the machine to get back to working order. He was helpful in explaining the problem and solution. And provided recommendations to extend the life of the machine.
