Outstanding tech. Knows what he's doing, takes care of business. Horrific experience with Sears call centers. Absolute distasters. THE WORST customer service I've ever experienced. Hours and hours on the phone with reps that clearly have no idea what they're doing, often lose the call connection and deliver dreadful, time consuming service. Just getting to a live person is difficult enough, worse is when the live person you get to is clueless. They don't like to transfer anyone to speak to a manager and getting someone competent in the U.S. on the other end of the phone is nearly impossible. The very good field technicians are let down by everything and everyone behind the scenes.
