Technician came to fix the humming sound. After he left the refrigerator started leaking through to the basement. We noticed it the next morning and have been calling to get someone to come back to correct the problem.That was 4 days ago. I have been a Sears customer for the past 40 years. Your technician came out to change a drive belt on my mower. I was shocked at the price that I had to pay. $400 to change a drive belt is ridiculous. At that price I would consider using someone else for my future mower needsThank you so much for your 5-star rating! We are happy to see that you had a great experience. Thank you for your business!

Never serviced my unit, no one showed up to keep appt had to call multiple times to schedule appointment . The service person was excellent, helpful, explained options. Horrible service for having a 5year product warranty on more than three units can't get a replacement horrible horrible bad .sent service agent over while this service agent is no show.
