    The service was ok. Nothing extraordinary about it. Do not know if the person did everything they were supposed to do. It was quick and they did not go through the process verbally. They just told me that they were done with the work. I was busy with other duties and didn't notice until later that in the past that more steps were completed during the maintenance work, such as the cleaning of the rubber around the door. This time it was not cleaned at all.

    The serviceman who came out had to order two parts that were unavailable and we made a week-out appointment. But, later in the day a man delivered one part to our home and later another delivered the other part from anther place. Then the serviceman came back that afternoon and fixed out dishwasher. Unbelievable service!

    Sears sent out a Subcontractor for Freezer repair. Sears never advise to take out door or clean freezer prior to repair. I called subcontractor prior to appoint to confirmed. They never returned my call. I had called sears on 8-9-19 and was scheduled for 8-22-19! Because that was the soonest appointment. Subcontractor showed up and right away at the entry of my garage Refused to work on the Freezer do to the smell!. I apologized, and said I am sorry but sears advised I had to have a tech see it before I could submit a spoiled food claim. I offered to Clean the Freezer right away. However, he still refused. I feel that from the get go he had no customer service and was not at all sympathetic at the fact that we had been waiting for a tech since 8-9-19. I even explain that we have no Freezer inside our home because we have a subzero commercial refrigerator with no freezer. Again, the subcontractor express no Concern and proceeded to leave my home. After the Freezer subcontractor left I proceeded to throughout the food and began to Clean the Freezer because on that same date of 8-22-19 I had also scheduled a Repair Appointment with Sears for my Dryer and Washer. At which time, I began to fear the Sears Tech would also deny me service because of the smell of my Freezer which is located in the garage as is my Washer and Dryer. The Sears Tech approximately half later after the subcontractor had left. He walked into my garage without hesitation and started working on my appliances without complaining once about the smell being so over powering that he could not get his work done... I truly believe there was a miscommunication starting with Sears advising us to leave the food in the freezer until the tech showed up and the fact that the subcontracting company never bother calling back to confirm appointment/time. I truly believe that if they would of returned the call this situation could of been avoided.Furthermore, the subcontractor Freezer Tech was unwilling to work under no circumstances.
