We noticed that our fridge was not cooling properly. We called Sears Home service and they were able to make it out the following day. They did a thorough job of trouble shooting and determined that the condenser needed to be replaced. Parts were order and shipped directly to my home within a couple days - the repair appointment was on-time and the problem was fixed - it's running perfectly again!Dear Scott, We are so thrilled you had a 5-star experience. The technician arrived on time within the appointed time frame. He spent about 2 minutes asking about what happed to my range which was the door not locking/ unlocking. He then spent another 3 minutes to check the Ranges and take off the front panel and plug in the charger to charge his phone. The next 10 minutes was him clicking on his phone and finally tell me that the part is no longer available so I would have to buy new Ranges. I was still charged the $89 Labors fee even there was no work done. Avoid if you can.Hello Danny, We apologize for the difficulties your recent service has caused.
