    Finally after a month of failed appts. a real tech. came out and solved the problem. Calling to get repairs on extended warranties has become a joke. I would never buy another extended warranty from sears. In the past they did a great job, but not now!

  10. Not a repair service at all

    Sears uses an outside company. Sears needs to check out their ratings and BBB ratings...they aren’t good. The so called repairman arrived but with NO tools. Then he needed help to move the fridge. All he did was reset it and tell me if it’s not working in a couple of days call him and he’ll come back out. I did that and had to wait another week for an appointment. This time again, NO tools, and yelling at me. Absolutely ridiculous. It has take me 4 days to get through to someone at Sears that could understand and hear me (english is my first language), then I am told they have put in a request for an expedited repair but I must call back on Monday! Now I get to go through all of this hassle and upset again, after I have paid way too much $$$ for my master protection plan on my fridge. I have been a long time Customer and have plans on all of my appliances with Sears... it this is not acceptable.
